Suggested improvements include complete reconstruction including complete replacement of all pavements, sanitary sewer, water main, storm drains where needed, branch services to each lot, concrete curb and gutter and driveways as applicable. These improvements were determined though a review and evaluation of city infrastructure and an extensive public engagement process. This was done to provide context sensitive improvements that mentioned the reliability of service for the neighborhood.

Resumption of construction activities on 8th Avenue between Cleveland and Harper Streets is expected to occur week of September 14th. Utility service work to be performed to support new development adjacent to 8th Avenue.
