Removals of existing curb, driveway aprons and road pavement on phase 2 of the project have occurred. Temporary water lines have been put together and loaded and are being tested. Black dirt has been installed on Phase 1.
Upcoming work includes sod and tree planting on phase 1 the week of 9-21. Phase 2 will resume with temporary water being connected to individual service lines in the street area. Sanitary sewer installation on phase 2 will begin the week of 9-21. Thank you residents for your continued cooperation on parking where the crews can have room to do the work.

Blacktop has been placed on Belleview Avenue and Jayro Court. Topsoil has been placed in the same areas as the pavement. Structures were raised as well.
Upcoming work will be the start of Phase 2 Friday 9/11. Friday morning they will begin removals of curb, pavement, and driveway aprons at 7 am and plan on removing everything on phase 2 that same day. Temporary water system and cut ins on water services to follow the next week and sanitary sewer main line installation by end of the week beginning at the Jayro Court and Bellview Avenue intersection.
Please be aware of the no parking signs at the end of each working day as phase one will have ongoing work on turf restoration (sod) and tree planting. Thank You for your cooperation.

Driveway aprons have been poured in phase 1. Black dirt has been backfilled behind the curb on phase 1. Belleview Ave. and Jayro Ct. have been fine graded in preparation for the base course of bituminous pavement.

Storm drain work on phase 1 of the project is expected to be completed by the end of the day Friday, August 21st. Expect subgrade excavation/preparation and aggregate base placement in the phase 1 area of the road to follow.Wednesday, August 12, 2026
Sanitary sewer main and watermain have been installed from the Woodshire connection to the north end of Jayro Ct. Two days of water testing, then the contractor will continue by connecting sewer and water services. Removals have taken place in phase 1. Temporary water lines have been laid out and loaded with water and are going through the texting process. Phase 1 of the project is scheduled to start Monday, July 27th. The project limits of Phase 1 is Belleview Avenue between Woodshire Drive and Jayro Court and Jayro Court between Belleview Avenue and the dead end. Contractor mobilization, removals, temporary water hookups, and sanitary sewer construction is expected the first week of the project.
