Suggested improvements include complete reconstruction including complete replacement of all pavements, sanitary sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, storm drains were needed, branch services to each lot, concrete curb and gutter and driveways as applicable. These improvements were determined though a review and evaluation of city infrastructure and an extensive public engagement process.  This was done to provide context sensitive improvements that mentioned the reliability of service for the neighborhood.
