Suggested improvements include complete reconstruction including complete replacement of all pavements, sanitary sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, storm drains were needed, branch services to each lot, concrete curb and gutter and driveways as applicable. These improvements were determined though a review and evaluation of city infrastructure and an extensive public engagement process.This was done to provide context sensitive improvements that mentioned the reliability of service for the neighborhood.

Final lift of asphalt was placed on the project besides 6th Avenue between Harper Street and Cleveland Street this week. Expect 6th Avenue final lift of asphalt to be placed in a few weeks. Notices of work will be posted a couple of days prior to work starting.

Final paving is scheduled to start Tuesday, July 21st and will conclude by end of day Wednesday, July 22nd. Final paving for 6th Avenue between Harper Street and Cleveland Street has been delayed and will not be completed during this time period and will be completed late summer or early fall.

Drainage repairs throughout the project have been completed as of Friday, July 10th. Expect final punch list work to be performed in the coming weeks. Final paving will occur after punch list items are addressed; this will be several weeks out and we will notify adjacent residents by door hanger.
